What's it like to ski on the roof of the Falkensteiner family resort lido?

We climbed to the roof of the Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido to tell you what it's like to ski on the Neveplast track.

After the winter season, we went up to the “Rooftop Sky Adventure Park” of the Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido and, with skis on our feet, we tried to describe what it's like to ski on the Neveplast track on the roof of the brand new family hotel located in Casteldarne, in Val Pusteria.

Veit Steger, Ski Instructor at Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido

“As a ski school, we are very happy with how the season went. During the Christmas holidays, we had ski school for 8 hours a day! Just like teaching on snow in ski resorts. The Neveplast track format allows hotel guests to learn to ski without leaving the hotel. You just step out of your room, take the elevator to the top floor, and put on your skis on the roof of the hotel! It’s a unique opportunity. Parents are happy to leave their children with us to learn to ski while they relax in the sauna! Plus, you don't even have to pay for a ski pass, and we take care of the equipment with rentals available right in the hotel next to the ski storage. To kick off the summer season, keep skiing, thanks to Neveplast.”

Stefan Knollseisen, Manager of Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido

“After closing the first winter season, we can take stock. Regarding the Neveplast ski track, the bet has been won! It was very well received by both us and our customers. I would say the result has far exceeded our expectations!”
