Skiddy: Drifting all summer 2022 at the Vallelunga circuit.
The Vallelunga circuit, aiming to enhance its offerings for guests during summer 2022, has chosen Skiddy: the go-kart circuit patented by Neveplast that simulates drifting on snow and ice in any season.
Skiddy is a format dedicated to electric go-karts on a low-adhesion Neveplast track that provides fun with drifts and slides for children and ignites countersteering challenges even among professional drivers.
The capital's circuit, increasingly a multifunctional center in addition to being a prestigious automotive facility, has found in Skiddy a sustainable attraction (electric karts and eco-friendly Neveplast track) that guarantees broad fun and maximum safety.
Alfredo Scala, CEO of Vallelunga Circuit, said:
“Skiddy convinced us immediately, and I believe it will be appreciated by both drivers and teams during race weekends and by families and guests who now have one more reason to come to Vallelunga. The Skiddy project is very smart, especially for its versatility. We have seen how even professional drivers, accustomed to racing the bends of the Piero Taruffi circuit at much higher speeds, enjoyed experimenting with drifting challenges in the evenings after the races.”
The track, inaugurated on June 24, will remain operational throughout the summer: an important part of Aci Vallelunga's commercial and marketing strategy, which has always been aimed at expanding the offerings at the circuit with activities beyond on-track spectacles. This year, these include major international events such as Formula E, Euronascar, and the ACI Racing weekends.
