We became the leader company for dry ski slopes, known also as "year-round" ski slopes. These slopes can be used all year, no matter the location, weather, or season.
Our history
Neveplast was born out of a desire to revolutionize the world of skiing, making it accessible everywhere and in every season. Ours is a story of family, vision and technology, rooted in a simple but powerful dream: to bring the excitement of snow even where there is no snow.
The idea takes shape from dad Aldo Bertocchi, an avid alpine
skier who wants to allow his children to train even in the summer,
without high costs or long trips.
The goal? To create a synthetic surface on which to ski year-round,
with a feel as similar as possible to natural snow.
Neveplast is born. Thanks to the passion for skiing and the entrepreneurial vision of sons Edoardo and Niccolò, dad's dream takes shape and becomes a business. An innovative, constantly growing company that has revolutionized the way people experience skiing and the mountains all year round.
Neveplast is also a pioneer in the recreational sector, bringing typical snow entertainment activities to its equipment that are accessible year-round. Thus was born Tubby, the original snow tubing on Neveplast, which revolutionized the world of winter fun.

Neveplast is a patented material with a 100% regenerable composition and a secret compound. Our most sustainable product is composed of 90% non-fossil materials, reducing environmental impact and the use of petroleum resources. For us, innovation also means respect for the environment.

Neveplast is the first certified synthetic surface with a coefficient of friction of 0.048. It enables a realistic and smooth skiing experience, whatever the season.
World's first track for classic technique in cross-country skiing
We designed a track dedicated to classic cross-country skiing to ensure stability and smoothness even out of season, supporting athletes and enthusiasts.
Neveplast LIFT
The first solution to keep chairlift boarding and disembarking areas efficient, even when there is no snow. It reduces costs and improves the lift experience.
World's longest artificial ski slope
At 1,130 meters in length, Neveplast holds the world record. A facility that can be used year-round, including for advanced training and tourism.

This surface provides homogeneity and resistance to climatic variations, eliminating the problem of thermal expansion. Ideal for competitions and ski schools.

World's first artificial tubing track
In 2002 Neveplast launched the first synthetic tubing track, with customizable modules, trampolines and parabolic curves, for 4-season fun.

Surface for drifting

Committed to sustainability
Neveplast achieved the ISCC PLUS certification for its FREESKI SUSTAINABLE product in 2022, promoting the sustainable use of renewable materials. The company uses a mass balance system to ensure the integrity of its certified plastics throughout production. Neveplast has also calculated its Carbon Footprint for 2021, aiming to reduce CO₂ emissions as part of a broader sustainability strategy. This initiative supports the UN's 2030 Agenda goals on climate change, reflecting Neveplast's commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
